Each new Panasonic Toughbook FZ-G2 comes with a single standard battery, a spare battery is an excellent accessory and will allow operators to utilize their computer in the field for longer durations before needing to access power. The standard battery FZ-VZSU1VU for the FZ-G2 provides up to 14.5 hours of operation (dependent on screen brightness and programs being run) The FZ-VZSU1VU battery is able to be charged while in the FZ-G2 or in an external charger such as the Panasonic 4-Bay Battery Charger FZ-VCBG21M and typically takes around 3 hours to reach full charge from being fully depleted.
