Panasonic TOUGHBOOK FZ-VFP551W xPAK
The Panasonic FZ-VFP551W Fingerprint Reader xPAK is compatible with all marks of the Panasonic TOUGHBOOK 55. Installing in the right expansion area, the FZ-VFP551W is able to be installed and uninstalled by the user. The FZ-VFP551W can be secured in place with an optional locking screw (part number FZ-VSW551U.) With a 363 DPI scanner, the FZ-VFP551W runs on a local directory and is compatible with Microsoft Secure Core. Adding another layer of security to the semi-rugged laptop, the FZ-VFP551W is only compatible with fingerprints stored locally on the computer.
